Set a Limit in the Cashier Before Your Next Session
Five controls sit in the cashier beside the deposit button: a deposit limit, a loss limit, a session reminder, a cooling-off and self-exclusion. You pick the figure and the length, each one takes effect the moment you confirm it, and tightening is instant while loosening waits out the period you set. Accounts are for adults 18 and over, checked at registration.
Set a limit and let the cashier enforce it
A deposit limit is a figure per day, per week or per month, and once it is on, the cashier simply stops accepting a top up above it on any of the ten rails. A loss limit works the same way against net losses over the same periods and closes play when it is reached, rather than asking you to decide in the moment.
A session reminder puts a note on screen every 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 2 hours, whichever you choose, whether you are at a live desk, on a reel or watching a market. None of these touch a balance, a bonus or your tier, and none of them need support to set: they live beside the deposit button and work the moment you confirm them.
| Control | Lengths you can set | How it lifts |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit | Per day, per week or per month | Lower it at once; a higher one starts when the current period ends |
| Loss limit | Per day, per week or per month | The same: down now, up at the end of the period |
| Session reminder | Every 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 2 hours | Change it or switch it off whenever you like |
| Cooling-off | 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days | It runs its full term and nobody can shorten it |
| Self-exclusion | 6 months, 12 months or permanent | It runs its term, and coming back afterwards is reviewed, never automatic |
Take a cooling-off, or close the account for good
A cooling-off closes the floor to you for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, whichever you pick, and starts the moment you confirm it. During it you can still sign in to see a balance and still withdraw from RM50, because money that is yours stays yours; what stops is play. It ends by itself and nobody has to approve anything.
Self-exclusion is the longer version and it is deliberately harder to undo. It runs 6 months, 12 months or permanently, it cannot be shortened by asking, and a request to come back after it ends is reviewed rather than granted automatically. Offers, notifications and marketing all stop with it.
Closing the account for good is a single request on live chat, or by email if you would rather have it in writing from the start. Any balance is paid out first on the normal clock, RM50 to RM120,000 per request and 4 to 9 minutes to arrive, and the account is then shut rather than left dormant.
Keep three rules and the games stay games
First, stake only what you can lose without it changing your week. The house edge is real in every room: the slot shelf averages 96.4% over the long run, a live desk prices every bet it takes, and a sportsbook margin sits inside every set of odds. None of that is a secret and none of it moves in your favour because of a streak.
Second, do not try to win back a loss. Chasing is the one habit that turns an evening into a problem, and the loss limit exists precisely because the moment you most want to raise it is the moment you should not. Third, play with your own money, never borrowed, and never on an account that is not yours.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment, say so on live chat and the account is closed the same day, with any balance paid out in 4 to 9 minutes. Speak to a doctor or a counsellor you trust as well, and do it earlier than feels necessary. Accounts here are for adults 18 and over, and that is checked at registration.
